The “holistic” approach to mindfulness training offers us a holistic solution for the brain injury that can cause us to be so caught in the moment, that we just can’t stop. It can be life-changing.
It is important to note that while it’s important to stop and think about what we’re doing, it is not important to stop and think about what we’re not doing. If we do, we will lose our ability to function properly. The solution is to consciously, consciously, consciously stop doing whatever it is that we’re doing right now.
I was diagnosed with a very rare neurological disorder called dystonia about five years ago. It is a condition that causes me to shake uncontrollably, and it will sometimes trigger other symptoms. Being on meds for my condition has made it much easier to control, plus being well-educated about their effects has made me much better at self-care.
I don ‘t know if there’s a better way to do it, but I have to at least look at it. My brain is so wired that when I think, “Doesn’t this really make me feel better?” that’s the most likely answer. A lot of people have this belief that it doesn’t make you feel better, but when I look at it, I am convinced that I am really feeling better, and I have to do it.
You can probably tell I’m not a fan of feeling better in general, but I like to be in control of my health and feel better about my self. For me, a holistic solution has been to make changes to my diet and lifestyle. It’s not a cure, but it does cut down the stress and the pain and the worry, and I feel better. And it is a better way to deal with my health issues.
There are two types of holistic solutions. One is to address the one issue, not the problem. The other is to address the problem, not the one issue. For instance, if you have a headache, the answer is to use medication. If you have a chronic illness, the answer is to change your diet. Both are holistic solutions, but each addresses only a small part of the problem and not the whole.
Holistic solutions are often based on “the one thing” or “the solution”. The one thing is a vague phrase that describes a solution for a particular problem. The solution, on the other hand, is a solution to a problem. The problem is the root cause of the holistic solution not its symptoms. A health issue is usually a symptom of some underlying problem. A headache is a symptom of a headache, not the headache itself.
Our goal is to find the solution, but how we do it is important. The main goal in the solution-building process is to find the solution to the problem, then to make it as clear as possible that the solution is the solution to the problem. If the solution doesn’t exist, we will never get the solution. If we do find the solution and can then, to an extent, find it, the only thing we need is to find the solution to the problem.
This is one of the problems I get asked about that is really important to address in the solution-building process. A lot of times when I tell people this, they say, “Oh, that sounds good, but what are we gonna do to get there?” Thats because I am still learning what the solution is, and I am still trying to figure out how to make it as clear and as clear and as clear as possible.
The solution is to find it, then find the solution.
