Lean-systems involves asking questions as the process unfolds. A lean-system approach to a process is a method of asking questions in order to clarify the issues of the process. In this case, we are talking about asking the right questions about the process itself.
In a lean-system process, you ask the same question over and over again until the answer you want is clear. This is a good way of building a process of its own, because it forces you to ask questions until you’re sure what the right answers are. When you’re sure, you don’t need to ask it again.
To create a lean-system process, you would actually want to create a plan for the process, then write down every action you can take until you get the answer you want. It is the same approach that many designers use when designing a set of plans for a project. Sometimes, a set of plans is not enough, and you need to make a prototype of the process for the actual project.
We are all learning to ask questions. At some point we need to ask questions all the time, but we are not always making good use of it. I think it is because we are sometimes too quick to just ask a question, without taking the time to think about what the answer is, and what the question means to accomplish.
In this post, I will be talking about 3 ways to ask questions about a process. I’ll cover the first one.
The biggest issue with asking questions is the time factor. You need to think before you ask. This may not be the best way to do it, but this is what I feel like we need to do.
The first thing to do is to make sure you are clear on what you are looking to accomplish. You will need to know what you are asking about. You may be thinking “I want to know if I should ask about this,” or “I want to know if I should ask about that.
A lean-systems approach asks questions that are short and simple.
Another common way to ask questions is to ask it yourself. This is a good way to do it, and it’s a great way to ask questions. But the thing is, you want to do, and you don’t want to do it.
A lean system asks “What’s the best way to do it?” not “What should I do?” which can be a very off-putting question. You want to know what you’re doing. You want to know that you are doing it right. But if it is easy to ask, then you are just going to do it and you are not going to ask.
