The more you age, the more you gain in strength and speed. This is what makes aging the most important thing to me. When you look at the physical aspects of the human body, it is apparent that it is a lot easier to lose weight and gain in strength than it is to gain in strength and speed. With that in mind, it is often stated that the best way to lose weight is to lose speed or strength. That would be a major issue for us all.
For most of our lives we tend to think of speed and strength as being what we naturally gain in these parts of our bodies. It’s important for us to take that into consideration, because it will really help us to age gracefully.
This is a good question. The fact is that the human body is a lot more complicated than that and we need to take a much more holistic view of fitness.
In my opinion, the most important thing to focus on is what you do with your time. In most cases, the body is a pretty amazing thing if you use it the right way. I’ve seen many people go into their 20’s and be a wreck, yet if I’d give them the wrong advice, I’d see them go into their 30’s and be in great shape.
