Activity theory is a theory of behavior change developed by John Watson and Gary Klein. In my opinion it’s more of a “what do you do when you don’t know what to do?” theory because it’s about what you do when you don’t know what to do.

This is why we learn by doing. This is why we feel the way we feel. This is why we are what we are. This is why we act the way we act. This is why we are what we are.
