My name is Eric Medlin and I’m a big fan of The Three Levels of Self-Awareness. I believe that our everyday choices and behaviors, can be the most important things in our lives. I’m a big fan of the three levels of awareness: the unconscious, the rational, and the conscious. The conscious level of awareness is the most obvious in all things.
The unconscious level is the first one to be touched by the force of the conscious. The rational level of awareness are the second and third. The conscious level of awareness is the last one to be touched by the force of the unconscious. So the difference between the conscious and the unconscious is how much of each can be seen. This is why people tend to have the same behavior and choices, for example, people tend to be the same person no matter what they do.
There’s a saying here that “everyone knows everything”. So don’t make that line up with others.
That said, the conscious level of awareness is just as important as the rational level. It’s the level where we can notice the patterns of all the other bits of the brain that relate to the conscious level. We can even become aware of the pattern of our behavior from the state of our conscious awareness. We can see where our behavior is going before we even realize it. And we can see how the conscious level of awareness influences everything else.
Your goal in Deathloop is to get rid of the conscious level of awareness. You can’t stop this progress you didn’t create. At the end of the day, you have to think about how you’re going to treat the conscious level of awareness. So if you don’t want to go on autopilot again, you can’t stop. But if you want to keep working, you can.
This is a difficult concept to grasp, but as the great philosopher John Dewey once said, “There is no progress without effort,” and this is exactly what happens when we’re on autopilot. When we’re not paying attention, we can’t even see what’s going on around us. And the only thing we can do is to use our conscious level of awareness of ourselves to change the conditions in which we think and act.
This is an important point in my opinion. If we only take the time to think about our current situation (which is probably a very small amount of our lives), we can think about changing the conditions that cause our current situation to exist. We can use our mind to stop doing things that we have to do in order to “get to work”. We can use the time we spend thinking about our current situation to make our life more fun or less work.
I have to stop myself from taking for granted that we can change the conditions that cause our own experience to exist.
In the world we live in, we can’t control the conditions that cause our own experience to exist. In real life, we can only control the conditions that cause our own experience to exist. So the idea’s not really new, but it seems to have been lost in our culture. We can think about this idea, however, because that is what we are doing in our everyday lives. We are changing the conditions that cause our experience to exist.
So eric medlin was a scientist and inventor. We can think of him as a scientist who invented a new technology that allowed him to alter the world’s conditions for himself, and then was able to do this through the same technology that he had created. He was the first to be able to think outside the box and change the conditions that caused our experience to be real.
