I love to run and I get a lot of exercise. After running for about a year, I was asked to write an article on running. I think this is a good thing. I think runners should know there are limits to their endurance, and they should know that their running pace is not set in stone. To me, that means I should not worry about running over my running limits, because I know they dont mean anything. I can always go slower if I want to.
I was just reading this article about how some people have to carry a small backpack with them while running, because carrying extra weight is bad for their health. I think this is the kind of limitation that should be set. If the majority of my weight is not on my back, then I should be able to maintain a respectable pace.
