Learny is a series of three podcasts about how to be mindful in our everyday lives.
The new podcast is called “learny” and it’s a companion to the “Learn To Be” series that went on hiatus until now. In Learny, the three hosts try to talk about how to be mindful in their everyday lives. This is a much longer podcast than Learn To Be, but it’s worth it for the value of discussing how to be mindful within one’s own life.
The new podcast’s main theme is “What makes you mindful?” and in the section about Mindfulness in Life, the hosts talk about a wide range of topics like mindfulness practice, mindfulness training, and the effects of mindfulness on our bodies, minds, and worlds. And we love it! The podcast is loaded with great content about how to be mindful, how to practice mindfulness, and the effects of mindfulness on our bodies, minds, and worlds.
