I don’t have a whole lot of experience with meditation, so I don’t know how that would work for me, but I would think about what you were saying, that my brain is like little monkey brain, and the way that my mind works is a bit like if you were to open a monkey brain to its brain. You take the top of the brain off, and you have the monkey brain.
I think that what you are saying is that the top of our brain is like a monkey brain. So when we have thoughts, we are just like a monkey. So if you were to look inside of a monkey brain, you would see the same things as you see inside the top of a monkey brain.
When you’re thinking, I think, “I feel like I’m dreaming.” So I would think, “I’m just trying to get some sleep.” I would think, “It’s just like a monkey brain.
I am certain this isn’t a true correlation, but I think there is a connection between the thought you are having and the way you feel. Also, I think that when you stop thinking, you feel like a monkey brain. In other words, there is a direct correlation between what you think and how your body reacts. So, instead of thinking, “I feel like Im dreaming,” you should be thinking, “Im trying to get some sleep.
This is true, but it is also a bit of a problem. When we are trying to do the exact same thing, it could lead us to completely different results. For example, I may be thinking that I’m not good enough or I can’t do this, but then when I actually have to do this, I feel like I’m doing something wrong.
Your average person is capable of thinking as a whole, rather than a part of that whole. The same goes for your body, which is capable of reacting in a whole different way than you are. Think about it this way: You are the same person whether you are thinking about someone’s upcoming wedding, or about a big game you will play with friends. As long as you are having fun and enjoying yourself, you are the same person.
But what if you are a part of a whole and just need to feel alive? How does that work? Well, when you go to a party or a concert, you can listen, but it is still the same person. You are just a part of a whole.
For the first time in life, you will be able to react to things by yourself and by your own choice. If a very nice person decides to respond to you, they will be able to do so. This may be a very good strategy for the next time you are trying to be with someone with an incredibly busy schedule.
Now, this may sound like a silly thing to do, but many people have trouble with the fact that when they get together with other people they tend to talk at the same time. If you are one of these people, you may be saying to yourself, “What the hell am I doing? I should be doing something with my life.
As much as a lot of us have been reading this, the reality is that the most important thing to say is that you are able to use your brain. If you have a strong memory and use that to get through difficult things, then you are able to use your brain.
