We are the stakeholders in our own lives and businesses. We are the customers, the employees, the investors, the vendors and suppliers, the shareholders and employees of our companies. These folks are with us and are important to us. As they are with us, they have to respect us and our needs.
Stakeholders are those folks who are willing to invest capital in our company because we’re doing something they think is worthwhile. They’re our customers, our employees, our vendors, and our suppliers. They have a vested interest in our success, and their concerns and opinions should be considered when making decisions about our business.
