As we’re starting out, we’re in the process of thinking about making a few tweaks and moving people around in the world.
As were starting out, and writing a lot of code, we decided to do something very specific. We wanted to introduce a very specific set of features, and it would have to be something that no one else could do, so we took a very careful approach to making a very specific, but very powerful, tool.
You may have been doing a little homework, but you’re still going to have to actually do a lot more to start. You know, you have to run your own code, but you’re still going to have to build a bunch of cool stuff, and eventually all of it can be done in a bunch of fun ways. If you’re really into stuff, you might want to go back to the basics of what you need, and get a little help from your buddies.
There are a lot of tools that build on top of C. You may be using some of them right now, or they may have been built on their own. For example, your operating system probably has a bunch of C libraries you can call to make some cool stuff. But in general, if you want to make software, you have to make it yourself. You don’t need a “build” tool to do it. You have to make your own.
