The primary channel that consumers use to interact with brands today is text messaging. I was surprised, then, to find that a majority of our consumers have cell phones and/or smartphones.
So, you might be wondering why so many consumers are messaging brands, but it’s not because they have a need to buy. It’s because they want to get to know the brand and they want to take a closer look at a brand’s products.
We’ve got all the answers. Our consumers are not just buying products, but using a channel to use a brand. The type of brand they use is the type of brand they interact with.
